1Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2Season the eggs in a large bowl by whisking together with dried oregano , dried dill , black pepper , paprika , and baking powder . 4In a cast iron skillet (or oven-safe skillet) over medium-high heat, heat enough extra virgin olive oil to coat the pan. When shimmering (but before smoking), pour in the egg mixture. 5Transfer the pan to the heated oven and bake the frittata until the top is firm and it doesn’t jiggle when shaken, about ⏱️ 8 minutes .
